Creating a Plan
We begin by meeting with you to understand your vision for the piece. We take the time to listen to your needs, ideas and preferences and then walk your property with you to select the perfect tree for your custom furniture. We believe that collaborating closely with you throughout the process is the key to creating a piece that is uniquely yours.
THE HARVEST
Once we have identified the ideal tree, we carefully harvest it using specialized equipment that minimizes impact on the surrounding area. We take great care to ensure that the tree is removed safely and with minimal damage to your property. This step requires skill and expertise, and our team can handle even the most challenging tree removals.
Milling & Drying
After harvesting the tree, we mill the wood and dry the lumber. We use a special kiln to speed up the drying process to have the wood ready for crafting as quickly as possible. Our team takes pride in ensuring that the wood is correctly prepared and completely dried so that it is free from defects and ready to be transformed into your beautiful piece of furniture.
CRAFTING YOUR CREATION
The final stage is where the real magic happens. Our skilled artisans take your dried lumber and use their expertise and creativity to transform it into a custom, functional work of art. We work with you closely to ensure that the finished piece meets your exact specifications and exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to create a beautiful piece that tells the story of the tree it came from and the memories it holds.
